Problem - IE7 Runonce Page

Every time i run IE7, it directly goes to "http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx", it's very annoying.
How to remove this? so i can start IE7 with my own Home Page.

Solution

The runonce page is a page which appears when you run the IE for the first time or if you Reset the Settings using Internet Options / Advance Tab. Runounce’s page allows you to customize some of the settings you preferred. The problem with this page is, some time this page does not load and ended with an “Error on Page” with a plain blue color page. So every time you open IE7, this page loads and nothing will happen.
